• US Orders: We offer free standard shipping within the United States via USPS Media Mail or First-Class Mail (typically 2–8 business days).

  Note on holiday shipping: USPS occasionally inspects and reseals Media Mail parcels during peak seasonal periods. If your package arrives with inspection tape or appears re-sealed, rest assured your items were safely checked en route.

Returns & Exchanges

• We want you to love your musical books! We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• US Returns: Email marina@lufiandfriends.com with your order number to receive a complimentary prepaid return shipping label.

• International Returns: Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs. Please reach out to marina@lufiandfriends.com before mailing your parcel back so we can provide the correct return instructions and details.
