Frequently Asked Questions

Has my order shipped?

You should receive an automatic email confirmation from lufiandfriends to confirm your order and with the tracking information once your order has shipped. Sometimes these end up in your spam folder. If you have purchased one of our backordered books, you can see the shipment date in your order confirmation. It will say something like "backordered - ships the week of April 22."

My tracking number says my order has been delivered, but I haven't received it. Do you know where it is?

We have found that, very rarely, USPS confirms delivery the business day before an item is actually delivered. This tends to happen on weekends so if that is the case, you'll likely get your order on the following business day.

My book is not working. Can you help troubleshoot?

First off, I'm sorry you're having trouble with it! Most of the time we can resolve it with one of the following three troubleshooting methods, but we'll take care of it personally if these don't address the issue.

1. Make sure the switch on the back of your book is turned to on.

2. Lightly press the sensor on each page to play the songs.

3. If the book has gotten a lot of love and the music stops playing in full, it may be time to change the batteries. We have a quick instructional video here: https://lufiandfriends.com/blogs/news/changing-song-book-batteries

Why is the back of the book so thick?

The back of the book is where the speaker, batteries and connections are to enable the music to play.
